Where is The Bluffs Fishing Access?

From Highway 550 and Highway 4 at San Ysidro, New Mexico, head north on Highway 4 for about 14 miles. Once you pass the Spanish Queen Picnic Site, you’re only about 1/3 mile away. The site is on the left (west) side of the road.
